It's effective in burning the belly fats. I do feel it and the effects even after 12hrs a sachet a day. I started adding another sachet every few days in the first month, and weight come down by abt 2kg after 1.5 months and appetite also cut down fair bit and made conscious effort consuming lesser amount.
